• Shipping Time: Standard shipping is handled via sea freight, which usually takes around 30 days.

• Total Lead Time: From order confirmation to delivery, the estimated timeline is approximately 50 days. Please note that times may vary slightly depending on port operations, customs clearance, or peak seasons.

Packaging and Safety

All display cabinets are packaged in reinforced wooden crates to ensure maximum protection during international transportation. In the event of any transport-related damage, we take full responsibility and will provide a solution.

Shipping Costs and Duties

We maintain a transparent pricing policy. Customers may choose their preferred shipping and customs handling options. Please note that duties, taxes, and import-related fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Delays and Issue Resolution
