All orders are reviewed and confirmed before processing. Disphub reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if information is inaccurate or payment fails. Payments must be made via approved methods. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled and payment methods cannot be changed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Lead Time: For custom display cabinets, production usually takes about 20 days, and shipping by sea typically takes 30 days.

  • Packaging: All products are shipped in reinforced wooden crates to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping Fees and Duties: Customers can choose shipping methods and bear any applicable customs fees. Disphub maintains transparent pricing.

  • Damage During Transport: Disphub takes responsibility for any damage that occurs during transportation.

6. Custom Products and Returns

  • Custom Orders: Once confirmed, customized display cabinets or other products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Please double-check all specifications before placing orders.

  • Returns for Quality Issues: If products arrive damaged or defective, customers may contact Disphub within 7 days of receipt with photos or videos to facilitate returns or exchanges.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Disphub website, including text, images, logos, designs, videos, and software, is owned by Disphub or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. No content may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
